Two words to describe a venue full of sneakers and a crowd all rocking heat, SNEAKER EUPHORIA. And by heat I mean it is subjective to each and everyone. What maybe grail to me may be not to you and am pretty sure everyone thought of what sneakers to rock and outfit to wear the night before so I give props to everyone who came out strutting and flexing!
I was just ecstatic to see adidas, Jordans, Nikes, Reeboks, New Balance, Pumas, Converse and Li-Nings, represented at the event. Saw some designers shoes such as adidas Y-3 Black Savage, Raf Simons and Balenciaga's (wasn't able to get a shots of them, but next time I'll put my big pants on to deliver) and to my surprise, some sort of golf shoes (yep some 45 year old was rocking some green adidas shoes with mid foot straps that looked like golf shoes) all being rocked at the event. From classic retros to recent releases, customized shoes, runners, basketball shoes, tennis shoes, trainers and tennis shoes, almost all categories were represented!
